General conditions of the car rental service with driver
- For rental services with driver, with the exception of transfers, is applied a minimum period of 3 hours of urban time plus the kilometers traveled (extra-urban journeys) to the rate of the vehicle chosen.
- For non-urban direct transfers (non-stop), the rate is calculated with the cost per kilometer.
- Pick-up services from / to the airports have special rates to be requested from the info service +39 335 5248852
- P.A.S International Travel srl works with other rental companies with drivers, with the same standards of quality and efficiency, and can use these partners to offer the services.
- Each passenger can carry up to TWO SUITCASES. Every surplus like for ex. SKI AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE STATED at the time of booking, in order to grant the service.
- The drivers can refuse to load extra items on the cars that are not declared at the time of booking or bags broken, dirty, or wet.
- P.A.S. International Travel srl makes the commitment to reach destinations in every reasonable way, but will not be responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control.
- The cars are all of recent registration and covered by insurance and have all circulation permits requested by Italy and EU rules.
- The transport of passengers is entirely covered by the insurance that P.A.S. International Travel srl has stipulated with its partners and third parties. Instead, passenger properties are carried entirely under their responsibility or under the responsability of the person who declares the ownership at the time of boarding. Check the correspondence of your baggage at departure, responsibility for loss or damage cannot be accepted. ALL TRANSPORTED ITEMS ARE UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- In the case P.A.S. International Travel srl where unable to transport passengers for reasons under its control, it will arrange the transfer with external partners and subsequently will refund the customer for the cost of such transport with presentation of receipt / invoice. The refund for the transfer cannot exceed the rates for the same agreed route.
- P.A.S. International Travel srl reserves the right to change parts (or all) of these agreements at any time without giving notice to customers, partners, tour operators or agencies.
- The customer must report as soon as possible any troubles or damages deriving from inefficiencies or failures directly attributable to our work. We will take care to promptly resolve any inconvenience and loss for full customer satisfaction.
User behavior during the rental service with driver
- Users of the rental service are prohibited from:
a) smoking during transport;
b) throwing objects from both stationary and moving vehicles;
c) dirtying, soiling or damaging the vehicle;
d) carrying pets without, in agreement with the driver, all the measures necessary to avoid damaging or soiling the car;
e) asking that the transport be made in violation of the safety and behavior rules provided by italian and EU laws.
Right to cancel the booking and complementary services
The customer can cancel the booking writing to us, sending an e-mail. The cancellation of the car rental service with driver or complementary services, is accepted without penalty within 48 hours before the service. For cancellations received within 24 hours before the beginning of the service, a penalty equal to 50% of the service amount will be applied, plus 100% of the requested service will be charged.
In the event of a canceled flight, the customer is obliged to notify our booking number +39 335 5248852 in order to guarantee the presence of one of our drivers upon arrival. Failure to send the canceled flight notice is applied to the entire service charge. For delayed flights will be applied a rate agreed with customer.
